Welcome Addition.....

to any garden, the hoverfly. Often mistaken for wasps or bees, despite this hoverflies are harmless. Their principal food source being nectar and pollen. Many species of hoverfly larvae prey upon pest insects, including aphids and the leafhoppers, which spread some diseases such as curly top and I don't want any curly top on my tomatoes or chiles. So feel free hoverflies to come live in my garden.
