Light Glare Problem (not as bad)

So I'm using this Fuji FP-3000B and it's an excellent film But I'm having these crazy light glares, sometimes bad, other times REALLY bad

 

I'm using a converted Polaroid 150 (for pack film)

 

Aperture: F25

 

Shutter: 1/100

 

Any advice?
