NEW GARAGE BUILDING TO REPLACE THE OLD BUILDING THAT CAUGHT FIRE AND BURN DOWN IN JANURARY OF THIS YEAR.

Unfortunately, our old pole barn burnt down, apparently from a faulty electrical connection in the attic area. The old building was a wood frame pole barn that the electrical problem started the wood framework on fire. My wife and I came home to find it in flames. We decided that we didn't want a wood frame building to replace it so there would be less change of the new building catching fire in the future. So we opted for an all steel building a little larger than the old building. Since we don't keep horses, which the old building was designed for, we went with a standard 30' x 50' x 12' garage type building. These photos were taken over a three day span through our security cameras. The photos are not high quality and they distort the image slightly, but it was our only way to document its construction. With the new trowel finish concrete pad, it look very nice. I want to epoxy coat the floor before using it however. The electricians will be along to reconnect the existing 220 volt power to a new box and add new lighting soon. Water is already plumbed as it was to the old building.
