DG: Costume Party Part 2

[Merida is a little upset because her boyfriend, Aladdin, have a been arguing a lot lately.The latest argument was Aladdin refusing to come to the party. Not wanting the unwanted attention she smiles and makes small talk with the other guest but soon finds herself sitting at a table alone. Suddenly a blond woman sits across from her.]

 

M: Hi. Who are you dressed up as?

 

?: Oh, no one. I arrived here a little too late to dress up. I just moved here and completely forgot about this party.

 

M: Yeah, there are a lot of events in Disney. Way too many to remember on your own. Ah, forgive me for bring rude. My name is Merida, and you are...?

 

O: Odette. [she smiles confidently as she straightens her posture] I'm one the new princesses.

 

M: Odette...as is The Swan Princess? You're not from Disney though.

 

O: Well someone thought I was good enough to join you ladies. Anyway, I really moved here to get my new office together.

 

M: What do you do?

 

O: I'm a relationships therapist.

 

M: Really...do you have any clients?

 

O: No, not yet. Do you know anyone that could use my help?

 

M: [Merida blushes. Memories of her and Aladdin's previous fights flash through her head] N-no, but if I do I'll let them know...

 

O: Here. My business card. It has my office address, number and email on it.

 

M: Thanks. I'm sure you be getting clients soon.
