It was a Friday lunchtime in The Priory. On this occasion we had a different table to our usual one in the corner as Carolynn and my son Richard came with me. This gave a slightly different angle through the window. The shop opposite the pub at 122 Micklegate is "Hyggeshack Home", which offers Scandinavian inspired home wares like lamps and soft furnishings.
