VFA-106 celebrates the centenial of Naval Aviation by repainting one of its F-18C (LOT 10). VFA-106 was originally established as VBF-17 in Jan 1945 on Guam flying F6F-5 Hellcats, then deployed on USS Hornet (CV-12). This jet has been repainted by the sailors of VFA-106 to commerate our squadron's history.
