The overpass took a while to create, as it's height was supposed to "Realistic"... however, the official Grand Emporium mailbox looks huge comapred to everything else so...
Also, the whople setup can be compressed into individual components: 4 x 8 stips through 8 x 8 squares onto 16 x 16 mega - squares.
The base plate size is (at max):
112 studs wide, (Market street & Water street Overpass) x 72 studs long: edge of Frisco Street to edge of Water Street x 19 bricks tall (clock tower top to base)
Tell me of any suggestions you have to improve this layout!
