moldy bread board 9-19-15

Teaching my cooking class why washing hands is important. "Control" was handled with tongs. "Washed" was handled with washed hands. All others were touched by students just long enough to pass it to the next guy (4 diff classes). In 4 weeks, look how much mold their germy hands generated!
