Roman tibia ( 2-3 Century AD)
This artifact wa found in 1988 and dated to about the 2nd C. The tibia was a Roman/Greek instrument consisting of 2 tubes played simultaneously by one musician. The interior of the tube is made of bone and the exterior is tin/copper. The instrument is located in the musical instrument museum at Ptuj Castle.
