A recommendation

I read about this book and bread making process on the internet. I have been experimenting for about two weeks, using the recipes generously shared on the authors web site, artisanbreadinfiveminutes.com. Now I have the book,"Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day", by Jeff Hertzberg and Zoe Francois. The whole process is easy, flexible, forgiving, creative and fun.
