Where's Waldo? This and the following two pictures are taken from a window which overlooked the area where the various vendor booths were. Aside from folks selling comics and related merchandise (action figures, etc), some booths featured artists selling sketches, artbooks and offers for commissioned sketches; some featured actors who had portrayed various characters and were there to pose for photos or sell offer autographed pictures; many sold indie or self-published comics (I picked up a few of these, though haven't read them all yet), and just about anything else nerdy. I think these pictures offer a good view of just how many people attended this thing, especially on Saturday; walking these halls were difficult, and the floor was very hot not due to any sort of inorganic heating, but just because there were so many people sharing so little space.

 

As you'll see in a later picture, however, the floor area did not take up the entire floor of the building; there were large open areas which were curtained off for some reason. It would have been nicer if they could have expanded the floor area to fit the entire area of the building and given more room for everyone to move and breathe.
