The Conservatorium sits on the edge of the Royal Botanic Gardens, and they maintain the grounds.

Round the back of the con, there's good views over the Botanic Gardens ... which I appear not to have taken any pix of on this occasion. Instead I got distracted taking pix in the opposite direction of this flowering succulent with the city buildings in the background
