Roller Skate Cupcake
I was given my first cater job to make 40 cupcakes for a 9 year olds roller skating birthday party. She requested chocolate cake & chocolate frosting. So I brought that idea to the new level.
I made chocolate applesauce cake with white chocolate buttercream ( added the blue hue because it's her favorite color; I know the 9 year old personally) with roller skate shape fondant with royal icing for details. Results: EVERYONE LOVED IT!
Though I would never use this cake recipe again because the cupcakes were strange in texture and didnt rise enough. Got the recipe from allrecipe.com
But for the white buttercream; that's my recipe. I LOVE my buttercream recipe.
