Mantic Games Dwarf as Chaos Dwarf Warrior Musician with Great Weapon. The musical instrument is a set of Daemonic Bag Pipes, note the small daemons screaming from the tops of the pipes.

 

I wanted the Daemons to give the impression that they were trapped in the pipes, screaming in an unholy concert.
