Active Receiver Hubs from NVT
NVT’s StubEQ™ receiver hubs allow transmission of real-time video at distances of up to 600 metres using Cat 5 and NVT’s own NV-653 active transmitter. These units can be 8,16 or 32 channel. They will appeal to installers who need to combat cable attenuation and ground loops and avoid the need for video equalisation adjustments, a simplification that reduces engineering time.
The receiver hubs score highly on interference rejection and ground loop isolation as well as allowing easy co-existence of video and low-voltage power within a single 4-pair cable. The products are supplied with rack-mount hardware and screw terminal adaptors for easy RJ45 termination.
