Rhubarb Juice
I have never been a rhubarb fan, my grandmother made Strawberry Rhubarb pie when I was young but I hated the stringy rhubarb. I saw this recipe from Food In Jars and it looked so good I had to try it. Our neighbor had a rhubarb plant so I picked about 4 large stalks, added meyer lemons, ginger & honey. It's a thick syrup that added to a glass of sparking water is very refreshing. I think I will make this syrup again.
