Jheronimus Bosch
From 1450 to 1516, the world-famous painter Jheronimus Bosch lived and worked in the city of 's-Hertogenbosch.
Here he created his drawings full of bizarre creatures, devilish dreams and magical monsters. The house at the right was Jheronimus' home.
Many works by the master from 's-Hertogenbosch have returned to the city for the largest retrospective ever: Jheronimus Bosch – Visions of a Genius at the Noordbrabants Museum.
