Day out in the capital this afternoon. Dressed for the summer but it was a little overcast early on though it brightened up later. Thought I would be fine in a short summer dress but everyone else seemed to be wearing jackets and waterproofs so I felt I stood out a little. Still a wonderful day and good to get back out after a long while
