Back Roads...Colorado
This image was from a few years back...with my firstborn at the wheel...traveling the back roads of Colorado in July...amazing scenery EVERYWHERE and a nature lovers paradise...within ten minutes of this scene we were in the middle of a TEMPEST of a storm..trying to photograph the dramatic clouds in the skies everywhere...eleven people lost their lives that day we found out later...Seems these sudden storms are quite prevalent there...a few hours to see such beauty ...not nearly enough!!!
