Stormy Weather

Waves breaking on a breakwater on the North Sea coast just South of Aberdeen

We were there in 2004 on an outing of the 'South Gloucesteshire Archaeology Society" or as it was otherwise known 'Dave's Stag Weekend'. It being a lot easier to book a whole load of blokes into a B&B as archaeology group.

We did manage to visit a fair number of Neolithic sites, mostly Recumbent Stone Circles for which the county of Aberdeenshire is renowned.
