One Last Journey
40171 at Gloucester Horton Road shed awaiting one final tow to Swindon Works for breaking.
Class 40's were completely unknown on the Gloucester to Swindon line when in service but quite a few of them must have travelled over it on their way for scrapping.
The odd angle is because I was stood on a small wall to get a view over the mesh fence
