A Different Age
For some reason milk trains really do seem to belong to a completely different age. This unidentified Class 31 is heading West through Swindon presumably returning empties to the West Country. A sad example of a type of freight totally lost to the railways in Britain, yet what reasons are there for milk not to be transported by rail?
