Bad Hair Day?

The tufts on either side of a Double-crested Cormorant's head are usually not usually seen. This was mating season, and he was seemingly upset by the tuft of fuzz/feather that apparently stuck to the tip of its bill. So the "double crest" was wildly and comically apparent.
