White Water at Clear Creek

There was a lot of activity on a hot sunny day at Clear Creek, a fast moving stream that runs through Golden, Colorado. This girl contemplated diving into the white water that usually indicates shallow water. She obviously had done it many times because she knew exactly how to swim with the current that swept her into a deep pocket where she emerged safely near the river bank, ready to go back to "her rock" for another exhilarating ride on the underwater current.

I was content to take pictures of the fast moving stream ; -)
