It's a monday morning at WTL 4 - light munitions devision, and yellow rocker has been up all night making modifications to a Ferson210. Now it has pulse phase technology and is fully automatic. His circuits are running high with an anticipation to test his improvements to the weapon and this is obviously wearing thin the patience of the weapons tech who hasn't even had time to finish his coffee.
Quite a rambling backstory there.
