Authentic Swedish Meatballs

I didn't want to go to Sweden and not try some Swedish Meatballs. I was not disappointed. Most of the ones I have had in the USA, especially at IKEA, were much like these. At The Brasserie Restaurant & Bar in the Stockholm Sheraton Hotel.
