I've walked by this mosaic in Central Park many times, but there usually are people taking pictures in front or on top of it. As I was leaving the park tonight, it was clear so I decided to set up my tripod and take a long exposure shot. Of course, as soon as I was ready, people started walking by and taking pictures with their flash and casting shadows across the mosaic. They finally left and I got my shot.
There was an orange cast from the park lamps, so I gave Silver Efex a try.
