Painterly

I captured three worthy HDR shots during this little episode of cloud cover. Two of these shots were facing north (to your left in this shot) toward the hillside where one could see some of the coolest looking clouds ever. However, I overprocessed them both and ended up with skies that looked like radioactive cotton candy, so those two shots will be put on hold until I can get them under control. I toned down the radioactive-ness in this shot and focused instead on trying to remove the insane amount of noise that came with this shot while trying to sharpen the details in the brickwork. Not too terrible, if I do say so myself. I think I'm taking steps in the right direction towards HDR nirvana.
