Stacked Star 3

So funny...while I was making this block, I was thinking of several octagons from different leftover stacks surrounding it. Well, I made a few and it so didn't look like it did in my imagination. So, auditioning fabrics for something else :) The stacked octagons will just go into the box of mixed octagtons for another time.
