Church of St Radegund - the 12-13c tower houses 3 bells which have been here since 1553 when "the commissioners deliver to John Hall and John Barnard, churchwardens, lll great bells, 1 sanctus bell and 1 challis........." the sanctus bell has gone, but one was recast in 1640, another dates soon after 1400.
The tower windows are 15c
The population having deceased, In 1773 an application was made to reduce the size of the church which was described as a very old building and "by length of time become so decayed as it cannot be supported or sufficiently repaired but must be entirely taken down and rebuilt except the tower" The church was later restored by James Fowler in 1870.
