Dedicated to Saint Peter, the church was rebuilt in 1861; and is in the early Eng lish style It contains memorials to the families of Cowper, Blount and Bradbryge who lived in the nearby by manors of Drungewick and Dedisham. The Cowpers being ancestors of William Cowper the poet.
