UP 6193 Southbound MITDM South of CHapin IA
Well the 2 patches on the nose is a bonus, but the paint isn't so hot, sad shape from the SP days in the new delivery. Here the South Itasca, WI, to Des Moines, IA, manifest train rolls thru the hogbacks on the UP's Spineline. This train is about 30 miles south of Mason City and is making the final leg of the trip into Des Moines. The 6193 is the ex-SP 138 built April 1995.
