Sheep about to be judged at Cartmel Show, early August 2025. Its held at the village racecourse and has 'all things farming' such as sheep judging, terrier racing (comical), carriage driving various crafts on show and even an old horse drawn steam powered fire pump (working!) and so on. Am sure you get the picture. For us the show was not too big and not too small - just right for a day out. And the weather helped as it was dry, warm and sunny.
