I drove my brother's '73 Beetle from Nova Scotia to Newfoundland that summer. Notice the roof rack, which made a lot of wind noise. The wiper motor crapped out so I got a squeegee in Corner Brook and rolled down the window and reached around with it regularly in rain. My brother still has it and maybe I'll buy it from him, now 22 years later. He got it in '85 while working as at Michelin in Bridgewater as a summer job.
