Supermoon Eclipse 2015
Composite image of the total lunar eclipse on September 27, 2015 as seen from Mt.Soledad Memorial Cross in La Jolla, CA. Made of 12 images - 11 images of the moon plus one image of the night sky (taken on the same night) showing some stars, which are not really obvious anyway :.þ
The photo showing the 2nd moon to the lower left shows the actual position of the moon during that phase, and it's also the main photo used as background. The rest were place there just to show progression.
Pictures were taken using Canon 5d Mark II with 70-200 mm lens and Canon Rebel T1i + Meade ETX-70 (prime focus).
