Glasgow drums up excitement in Dublin for Glasgow's World Pipe Band Championships ! 7
1/7/2010. World Pipe Band Championships launch. Scott Wallace, Philip Tasker, Stephen Creighton, Gerry Hanlon and Simon Grace from the Laurence O’Toole Pipe Band, play on the top deck of a bus as they are driven through Dublin City Centre to help round up support for them travelling to the World Pipe Band Championships in Glasgow.The Laurence O Toole band came third last year and are hoping to win this year. The championships take place in Glasgow Scotland on 14th August and is a great day out for all. For more information on this years World Pipe Band Championship go to www.seeglasgow.com/piping.
