Epipactis microphylla

Short to medium, rhizomatous perennial; stem with basal sheathing scales, hairy in the upper part. Leaves 1-3cm, spirally arranged; flowers greenish, with reddish tinge. Primarily a mountain plant in the Med region, but sometimes coastal or lowland. Rare on Crete with limited distribution.Crete-Greece
