Co-opting the Enemy
Power lines, telephone posts, wind generators, etc are the enemies of pastoral landscapes, especially landscapes with a wide horizon. So I decided to forcibly co-opt them into my landscape photograph.
As an aside, I thnk things like this are the product of silo-thinking: everyone sees their own need, the need of their profession, etc, without giving a thought to the needs/desires of others. So, from the perspective of a landscape photographer all power and communication lines should be underground (just like our gas pipelines). ROFL...
