Melbourne originally pinched the Grand Prix off Adelaide so it seems it is doing the rounds.
With the large crowd attending the Grand Prix, all Melbourne tram depots were instructed to make their large light rail vehicles available for the Grand Prix runs which saw some unusual tram movements at the time. Like Z class trams working the route to Airport West.
