Riverside Evening
I’m no expert, but I’ve always felt that, despite the common element in rivers, seas and oceans, riverside evenings possess a distinct magic compared to those over oceans or seas.
For instance, when a sunset is framed over a riverside, it often stirs a localized sentiments bound to specific places and lingering memories. Conversely, oceanic horizons tend to evoke a pure, existential solitude, reflecting the internal landscape of the viewer rather than the physical world around them.
Perhaps it is a flawed theory, but it is an observation distilled from witnessing how deeply these views move people across all walks of life.
