Quest for Adventure
Quest for Adventure passing Calshot in the late evening of 6th May 2012. The sun had appeared a couple of hours earlier, giving the assembled shipspotters and others a lovely end to the day.
Built in Germany in 1981 as the "ASTOR", she cruised for Hapag, then for Safmarine, eventually ending up with Saga in 2010 as Saga Pearl II, being renamed at Southampton today before departing on her maiden cruise for Saga's "Adventure" brand - 8 days around the west and south of the UK to Douglas (IoM), Londonderry, Tobermory, Dublin, Cobh, Guernsey and Dover.
