Roesel's Bush Cricket
This looks like a male of the cricket Louise and Stu ID for me a short while back.
I've added the capture of the long wing female below in the comments.
As you can see there is a size difference with the female being much larger, which I take to being the norm for these. Trying to remember the ruff size of these, the male looked about 2.5 to 3cm long and the female another half centimetre.
One thing you can see in the two shots is the length of the wings, as you can see from the male he has the normal short wing......which is norm for both the male and female.
One school of thought is crickets and grasshoppers develop larger wings when a population in a certain area becomes too large, some grow larger wings to spread out into less populated areas.
