Planted in 2013.
Large rose-type flowers. Needs support. Weak stems. Bred by Gilbert H. Wild & Son (Allen) from Sarcoxie, Missouri. They started hybridizing peonies in 1925 and introduced ~40 new cultivars. They also introduced & marketed peonies from other breeders. In 1991, the nursery (and peonies) was sold to Greg Jones & John Huitsong who continue to market bare root peonies.
APS: Double - Pink - Late. Medium height. (Seedling No. 4 Pink Random). Large dark shell pink with a deeper pink under color and a distinct silvery sheen. Rose type, very free blooming on strong stems. The entire crop of flowers opens within a very few days producing a very showy plant.
