Avro Arrow

The severed head of Avro Arrow RL-206, the first mark II Arrow, which was very close to completion when the Arrow program was cancelled. An Orenda Iroquois engine fitted in this aircraft is in possession of S&S Turbines of Fort St. John, BC.

This nose section survived because it was used as a pressurized chamber for high altitude research at some hospital. Or something.
