Inverted mosaic

I applied mastic to the coffee table this morning, and then inverted the mosaic on top. I will let it dry for 24 hours before removing the paper and water soluable glue, and then adding the grout

 

(yes, I did paint this a different shade of green before beginning the project, but left the top a pale butter yellow)
