Caspar Templeton - "The Ghost Rat"

It is unclear whether losing his sanity caused him to kill, or whether killing caused The Ghost Rat to lose his sanity. Either way, Caspar Templeton excels at both murder and malevolence with little to no remorse or code. It is believed he was abducted as a child and sold into the Malaysian fighting pits - his true name is a mystery - where he "grew up" fighting for his food and killing for his glory. An injury in his teens resulted in the loss of his jaw, but his "benefactor" had the "decency" to have a custom voice-box/mask built for him, which attaches to a tank that provides The Ghost Rat with a mixture of oxygen and drugs that increase his endurance and decrease his pain. He is known to quote children's books and cartoons in his monotone, robotic voice while doing his...specialty. The Ghost Rat is at large and extremely dangerous ... engage with utmost caution.
