"Bryony's design was taken from turn-of the century (1890's) Bristol Channel pilots. Franken gave her a rounder bilge than was traditional. As a result, Bryony sails with considerably less heel than her older cousins. Bryony can fly three working sails, the main, stays'l, and jib.
