Black, White & Lime Cake

This is a 30th birthday cake for one of my best friends. Her favourite cake is carrot cake which this is....... i have never iced a carrot cake before and i found this a nightmare as it was so soft. plus i used cream cheese which didn't seem to set, so i think in future i will use orange flavoured buttercream.
