Tangerine Dream In Progress Phase 4
As it turns out, the window isn't in such a bad spot afterall, so I left it alone. All I needed to do was put something underneath it. At first, I thought a radiator cover was the answer, but after I started building the shell, I realized I could use a slim, custom table instead. It still has to be finished off and painted, but in process photos let me know if I'm headed in the right direction. In hindsight, a bookcase would have worked here too.
Two of the pieces that I need to create more artwork haven't arrived yet, but while I'm waiting for my online order to get here, I went shoppping in person and found black frames with off-white mats that might be just the right size to hang on either side of the main piece of art. Hmmm.
As an aside, new, slightly taller baseboard trim was also added.
