Nice Unknown Casting
I believe this casting is based on a Porsche Turbo Carrera, but am not certain about it. While it has absolutely nothing on the base that would indicate a number, name of the model or who made it, (other than "Made in China"), it does have the word "Turbo" tampoed on the spoiler and the front of the hood. But, it's a solid piece, with a full interior and a nice, thick metal body. With the extended fenders and spoiler, it looks like it was patterned after some sort of series race car.
I've seen this particular 5-Star wheel style used on Summer models before, but the Summer version of the Porsche Turbo has none of the detail this particular car does and no flared fenders.

Update: a user left a comment below and identified this car as being a Porsche 959. Now I know what it is, I wonder if anybody recognizes which company made it?
